With the “Agoria Academy” training program, you will develop a well-structured and effective training plan that supports your company’s objectives, meets your employees’ expectations, and complies with legal requirements 🧑⚖️
During the program, Agoria will help you build a tailored training plan suited to your specific context. Over the course of three days, you will progress step by step: analyzing your organizational context, identifying learning objectives for the year ahead, and receiving practical support on presenting and implementing your plan.

Agenda
This program consists of three days of in-person training.In addition to the modules, participants will complete preparatory work (about half a day).
Between modules, practical exercises will be assigned. While these exercises are strongly recommended to get the most out of the training, they are not mandatory for progressing
Please note: Participants will directly contribute to the development of the 2025 training plan. We recommend setting aside at least half a day to a full day between modules to complete these tasks.
