DRIVE IN TRIBE. OWN IT FOR THEM.

This is the mantra we chose to (re)define A6K’s values.

Defining a company’s values and culture is a demanding yet essential task for the success of an organization. Company culture is the very foundation of an organization and a key pillar for its proper functioning. When the culture is strong, people can be independent. When the culture is strong, you can trust everyone to do the right thing. Culture is what fuels innovation and enables strategy to become reality.

Since our founding values dated back to the early days of the project (2019), it became imperative for A6K to redefine them. Following the “Shaping Company Culture” masterclass led by Ingrid De Clercq, we decided to redefine our company culture and bring our values to life through daily actions.

With this spirit in mind, we engaged the whole team in a collective reflection process, including open discussions with all members. The outcome was a shared definition of who we are today, articulated across four core dimensions.

DRIVE – Act fast. Deliver right. No excuses.

For us, drive means moving fast but never at the expense of quality and never hiding from challenges.

We are driven by speed, clarity, and results, and the obstacles we encounter are part of the journey, not the final destination. We combine responsiveness and quality to deliver concrete and successful projects. We also place great importance on being prepared for any situation, always having a plan B in case of friction. Determination, perseverance, and going the extra mile always lead to results.

To nourish this value, we implement various actions that boost our productivity. For instance, we’ve decided—whenever possible—to act within a maximum of 48 hours. Nothing gets left behind beyond that time frame. We also strive to convert discussions into prototypes or initial versions within a few days, always targeting a clear deliverable, metric, or customer feedback.

We establish explicit milestones and honor our commitments, even if it requires extra effort. This discipline enables us to maintain the speed and quality of our work over time.

TRIBE – One team. (Zero egos.)

Tribe spirit is more than a founding value at A6K, it’s the way we connect, support, and grow together. During the collaborative workshop, we used words like “family,” “loyalty,” and “trust” to describe it, because they truly reflect our team’s mindset.

At A6K, we are first and foremost a united tribe where every member feels heard and respected. The solidarity that binds our core team is based on mutual loyalty, the complementarity of everyone’s skills, and a genuine care for one another’s success.

Here, we lead by action, not title, and each person steps up to support the team rather than wait for instructions. Within the team, information flows freely because sharing what you know makes the entire tribe stronger.

On a daily basis, this translates into various initiatives to support new members and strengthen bonds within the existing team. For example, newcomers are paired with more experienced team members to help them understand how the company works. We also use feedback as a respectful and constructive means of communication, allowing everyone to share thoughts in a climate of kindness and respect. All these small actions, when combined, help build a strong and cohesive team.

OWN IT – Decide. Do. Learn. Repeat.

At A6K, we don’t wait for change. We make it happen. We operate like entrepreneurs: every member owns their roadmap, is committed to continuous learning, and adapts constantly to deliver solutions.

The team is autonomous, optimistic, and passionate. For us, autonomy doesn’t mean total independence, but rather trust granted to every individual to decide, experiment, and course-correct.

In practice, we remain solution-oriented when we face a problem. We tackle it proactively and avoid focusing on obstacles. We formulate hypotheses, launch experiment, and learn lessons even when tests fail.

We foster a culture of continuous learning by offering every team member at least one day per quarter dedicated to developing their skills (internal workshops, external training, online courses). We remain flexible and adaptable to the work. The team embraces changes in scope or methodology as long as they serve our mission, and each member is empowered to act and decide when identifying areas for improvement.

In the end, everything we do, we do for you!

You are the heart of our company. Without you, none of this would be possible! We measure our success through yours, and our priority is to offer you meaningful and delightful experiences that truly solve your real problems.

To achieve this, we provide daily support and active listening. We do our best to respond to your needs and, above all, to anticipate them so that the question never even crosses your mind. We focus our time and energy on solving the problems you are facing—or might face—and we do everything in our power to make your time with us as pleasant as possible.

We also pay close attention to your feedback and dedicate ourselves to responding to it as quickly as possible. The relationship that develops daily between us is one of trust that lasts over time and grows stronger with each passing day.

We want to thank you sincerely for being with us and for everything each of you brings to our ecosystem!

In conclusion

Our new mantra encapsulates the values that guide A6K not only for our team, but for our entire community.

Our values, true reflections of what happens within the walls of our ecosystem, help us define a clear direction that aligns all our actions and allows us to move forward together. It’s always easier to navigate when you have a compass!
