For months, the construction site has echoed with the rhythm of demolitions, reconstructions, and renovations. Today, the major transformations are giving way to the finishing touches that give the campus its own identity, uniqueness, and character, while bringing to life the environmental vision that has accompanied the project since its earliest sketches.

Near the new main entrance, trees and shrubs will soon be the first to welcome visitors. Alongside them, we are witnessing the birth of the Linea Verde in real time, green corridor nearly 300 meters long that runs along the building, climbs up the façades, occupies the terraces, and connects the various outdoor spaces. Nearly 500 plants will gradually take over the site. Over the seasons, they will grow, become denser, and lastingly transform the landscape, giving rise to a true green haven at the heart of an urban environment.

Behind this new palette of colors lies an ambition far greater than simple landscaping. Conceived from the earliest phases of the project, the Linea Verde helps limit the effects of heat islands, naturally improve the building's thermal comfort, and encourage the return of biodiversity to the former postal sorting center.

To support this vegetation as it grows, an automatic watering system powered by rainwater harvesting takes over whenever needed.
