In fast-moving sectors such as defense, security, and advanced manufacturing, the gap between technological ambition and available skills can quickly become a bottleneck. To respond directly and pragmatically to the evolving talent needs of industry, A6K addresses this challenge by designing industry-connected training programs, co-created with companies and institutional partners, ensuring that learners acquire job-ready competencies aligned with real operational demands.

By continuously adapting curricula to market needs and fostering close collaboration between employers and training providers, we help secure a sustainable pipeline of qualified talent for strategic industrial projects. For example, we support the development of the Quartier du Futur, a strategic defense and urban project requiring more than 1,500 trained and employed professionals. This initiative is part of a broader dynamic the expansion of our training capacity from 2,000 learners in 2025 to 10,000 per year by 2027, positioning education as a direct driver of sovereignty and industrial performance.

In this perspective, A6K acts as a connector between defense stakeholders, companies, training providers, and talent to co-design pathways aligned with the concrete needs of future military and civilian activities. BEDEX 2026 therefore provides a natural framework to reaffirm this ambition, making skills development a strategic accelerator for the defense and industrial ecosystem.
